Our Goal
Aeon Equity Partners was founded for a singular goal: to identify an established small business to acquire and operate. Upon completing purchase, we will assume day-to-day leadership of the acquired company.
Our Aspiration
"To own and run a small business was instilled in us from a young age, as we grew up in a successful business family in India. We witnessed firsthand how our families built solutions through business that not only helped people but also created a significant impact. They also contributed to various social causes, which deeply influenced our career goals and inspired us to pursue small business ownership to create generational entrepreneurship".
The Team
Atrayee and Anirban bring over 30 years of combined experience across various sectors, including Automotive, Technology, and more.
Together, they are focused on identifying and operating a small business to carry the vision forward.
Atrayee
Atrayee has worked more than a decade in corporate in the technology space driving product and business strategies to increase operational efficiencies and help in growing the product portfolio for revenue growth. She has worked in fortune 100 companies (TATA, GE) and also as management consultant (EY-Parthenon). Her domain knowledge expands from Industrial, Automotive, Healthcare and Lifesciences.
Atrayee received her MBA from Stephen Ross School of Business - University of Michigan in Entrepreneurship and Finance and was awarded a merit based scholarship. She has worked on her own startup idea during her MBA and was chosen in an entrepreneurship accelerator run and operated by Zell Lurie Entrepreneurship Institute part of Ross school of business.
She is extremely passionate about running and operating business because she believes in grit, resilience, ownership, creating solutions and providing substantial employment benefiting the community around her.
Anirban
Anirban has over two decades of experience in the Automotive industry, where he has driven product innovation and process excellence while taking on increasingly senior leadership roles. In recent years, he has been at the forefront of the transition to electrification in transportation, leading a team of engineers in Vehicle Health Management and Prognostics.
Anirban holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, graduating at the top of his class from IIT Kharagpur, India’s premier technology institute. He also earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University before beginning his engineering career with several top 20 automotive companies.
Certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Red X Journeyman, Anirban is passionate about process excellence and is eager to apply his extensive experience to elevate an existing business to new heights.
