Our objective is to assume leadership of the company post-transaction, so we are seeking owners with a desire to step away from operating their business day to day.

Aeon’s search profile is largely focused on the automotive and technology enabled businesses. We are open to look into other industries if the opportunity is promising.

We’ll establish confidentiality by creating an NDA, allowing for the secure review of high-level financial information.

We’ll schedule a face-to-face meeting to get to know each other better.

May request more data where needed and ask follow-up questions to thoroughly evaluate the business.

We’ll work together to determine the business’s value and discuss the future.

Upon agreement, we’ll sign a Letter of Intent and begin a detailed due diligence process, typically lasting 3-6 months.
